You are invited to a no pressure activity designed to allow us time to fellowship while getting a little healthier. Pick your pace based on your preferences and physical condition. For 10 weeks we’ll gather at the church to have a devotion, a health tip, then walk, “wog” (walk/jog) or run together. We’ll enjoy our physical activity indoors during inclement weather and outdoors on nicer days. Our final week together will culminate in a prayer walk in our area.

Seniors, come play games and spend time in fellowship on the second Friday of the month at 10:30 a.m. Please use entrance #2.

Join us the 3rd Friday of each month at 10 a.m. to prepare meals for those who can use an extra measure of care.  Volunteers are needed to help cook or deliver meals!
